Jennifer B. Daknis, AIF®, PPC™

With over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jennifer’s practice focuses on providing comprehensive wealth strategies to individuals, families, and corporate clients. Jennifer believes in a holistic planning approach so that no matter where you are in life, her financial guidance reflects your priorities and specific circumstances. Jennifer chose LPL Financial, the nation’s largest independent broker/dealer¹, to support her goal of preserving and growing her clients’ wealth and allowing her to make informed recommendations.

Jennifer has been recognized as a Director’s Club member since 2011, ranking her among the top 15%² advisors at LPL Financial (out of 20k+ advisors as of 12/31/2022). In addition, she has been awarded both the professional Accredited Investment Fiduciary^® (AIF) and the Professional Plan Consultant^TM (PPC) designations. The AIF^® designation signifies a thorough knowledge of and ability to apply fiduciary practices.  AIF^® designees have a reputation in the industry as being the best positioned to implement a prudent process into their own investment practices as well as being able to assist others in implementing proper policies and procedures. The PPC^TM  designation signifies a commitment to the qualified plan industry by offering education excellence, a dedication to raising service standards, and a resource to help plan sponsors meet certain industry requirements.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University. Active in the local community, she currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army VA Peninsula, the Board of Directors for both Thrive Peninsula, and Trustee for The Warwick Rotary Foundation.   As President of the Rotary Club of Warwick @ City Center in 2018/2019, she received the Outstanding President and Governor’s Circle awards from Rotary District 7600. In addition, she was a Charter Member of The Rotary Club of City Center where she received the Rotarian of the Year award for 2008/2009 and 2012/2013. Jennifer sponsors several children through World Vision, Compassion International, and Food for the Hungry. She is also a member of Waters Edge Church.

Jennifer and her husband Mike reside in Yorktown, VA with their dog and cats. Her daughter is attending college and her son and daughter-in-law live nearby. Jennifer enjoys traveling and checking various items off of her bucket list.
